States in the 9th Circuit Court are required to periodically conduct a disparity study in order to administrate a race conscious Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program. Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) has concluded a disparity study and is seeking to afford the public opportunity to garner information on the disparity study, as well as provide public comment. View meeting information here. Public comment will be accepted during the livestream or via email from May 25 to June 8, 2022.
