Notice is hereby given that in accordance with 49 CFR Part 26 of the US DOT, the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) through its Transit Office has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program that incorporate disadvantaged business participation in projects funded in whole or in part with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funds.
For FFY 2024-2026, NDOT has established a DBE goal of 0.49%. NDOT intends to meet this entire 0.49% goal by race-gender neutral means.
Contractors/Providers/Suppliers/Consultants should examine each element (line item) of work on all FTA funded projects for DBE subcontracting or sub-consulting opportunities.
