The Operations and ITS section’s mission is to provide support, information and expertise to state and local agency partners, first responders, and the traveling public.  Traffic Operations programs enhance safety, mobility, and the exchange of information on our critical roadway systems.  With rapidly changing demand and technology, we strive to constantly evaluate current practices and procedures to maximize the effectiveness of our projects and programs.
