If you would like to include attachments related to your request, please email them to PublicRecordsReq@dot.nv.gov. To assist staff with combining online and email requests, please include the following in the email:

  • In subject line, please include "Request submitted online - attachments"
  • Date of request submitted
  • Name of submitter
  • Summary/description of request

Notice: If you did not receive an email acknowledgement from a Public Records staff member within two (2) business days from your original request, please call 775-888-7437. Thank you.
