Home MenuPublic Involvement Resources
Every transportation decision affects somebody. NDOT is committed to public involvement in the myriad of transportation projects, plans, and studies currently underway across Nevada. On an annual basis, NDOT requests public comment and input on proposed projects through public meetings and with consultations with counties, tribal organizations and other interested parties.
Selected projects are placed in the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) and Work Program. The Nevada State Transportation Board and the Statewide Transportation Technical Advisory Committee (STTAC) provide input, suggestions, guidance and ultimately approval of projects.Public meetings are good avenues to continue the dialogue and to share information with the public and other interested parties. Please take a few moments and explore the resources on this page.
